• Axiomyr shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages

• Total liability arising from site use shall not exceed the amount paid to Axiomyr, if any, in the preceding twelve (12) months

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Entire Agreement
