How is Axiomyr different from a typical consulting firm? 

Most consulting firms add activity. We remove unnecessary work. Before recommending changes, we identify where effort is failing to convert into results — then fix the structure causing it. We do not deliver decks. We deliver direction and, where engaged beyond diagnosis, implementation support that holds under real operating conditions.

Do I need the diagnostic before accessing other services?

For operational and revenue engagements, yes — the diagnostic is how we establish what actually needs to change before recommending how to change it. For SEO, Google Ads, and digital positioning engagements, a diagnostic call is sufficient to establish scope and fit.

How long do engagements typically run?
